Munich – Crashing color, jagged black and large eyes widened in shock – Alexander Höller’s (The Emotion Artist, 24) images scream silently at the viewer. And they inspire collectors worldwide!

Alexander is the son of the well-known motivational trainer Jürgen Höller (57).

Höller’s message against social stereotypes: “F*ck them!” Two raised middle fingers symbolize his staging of Edvard Munch’s famous painting.

“The pandemic has changed me, a completely new perspective has emerged. So many people suddenly went crazy, including those around me. I parted with a lot of people during that time,” says the young artist. “I now dare to show myself. And that’s what my pictures express.” Maybe it’s also a little bit due to the love in his life that grounds him: He has been together with his girlfriend Svenja (29), whom he knows from his hometown of Schweinfurt, for a good year. “She is a great inspiration and support to me.”

Since yesterday, Sunday, eleven of his current works (title: “The Silent Scream”, price: approx. 23,000 to 50,000 euros) have been exhibited in a renowned gallery in Aspen/USA.

Five of them had already been reserved in advance by international collectors, and a total of eight have already been sold.

“And that’s despite the fact that they haven’t even seen the pictures yet,” says Alexander Höller, who traveled to the opening in person.
